The Virtual Management Skills modules will enable supervisors and managers to practice and develop techniques for behavioral psychology, communication, conflict management, motivation, delegation, and evaluation. These six basic concepts are the foundation of management, and their proper execution is based on knowing and understanding the employees working on the team. By identifying the behavioral styles of their employees, managers can more effectively communicate with, motivate, delegate, manage and evaluate their teams.

This system is based on six interactive, 90-minute live virtual modules utilizing virtual collaboration tools that will engage each and every participant. Each 90 minute module will include a minimum of 45 interaction activities to keep learners fully engaged and ensure knowledge transfer.

Each training module is supported by field work assignments and team follow-up coaching session from our professional sales training consultants. The field work and coaching provides an additional value to Baker Communications customers beyond anything offered by other web-based training programs. Through the field work and coaching, students will immediately apply the skills they have learned to real life sales situations, and then receive constructive feedback in a team setting to ensure higher retention and production.
