Managers and leaders have a lot on their plate However, there is no more important use of time than working with your team to help them get better. The real question is, “Do you have a good set of skills and strategies to help your team continue to improve in their productivity and increase their job satisfaction?”
The Coaching Skills program examine the principles of coaching, a range approaches, coaching benefits and when coaching is and isn’t appropriate. Participants will receive training in best practice such as building rapport, levels of listening, using your intuition, asking questions, and giving and receiving feedback. The workshop also provides an introduction to the GROW model, a regular, focused coaching process that identifies skill gaps, promotes constructive solutions and enhances accountability that leads to measurable improvement.
